About Ceva Wellness Collective—
Meet Sarah Ceva
MSW, LCSW, BCD
Founder and Clinical Social Worker
I'm Sarah, a clinical social worker and the founder of Ceva Wellness Collective. My approach to therapy is warm, thoughtful, and active. I work especially well with capable, thoughtful adults who are used to carrying a great deal—professionally, personally, or both—and have reached a point where something needs to change. I want to understand the full picture of what you're experiencing and help you make meaningful, sustainable changes that extend beyond our sessions and into your everyday life—so you can feel more like yourself and make room for what really matters.
Sometimes, it helps to hear from the person behind the practice.
A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER—
Before Ceva Wellness Collective had a name, I was thinking about the kind of care I wanted people to experience.
I wanted therapy to feel grounded, thoughtful, and deeply human—somewhere you could be understood in the context of your whole life, not reduced to a diagnosis, a difficult chapter, or the reason you came in.
There is room for honest conversation, difficult questions, moments of insight, and humor when it comes naturally. Therapy can hold seriousness without feeling heavy all the time.
The natural landscape around us has shaped that vision too: the steadiness of the pines, the quiet of the water, light filtering through the trees, and the way growth can be gradual yet still profound. That same sense of calm, groundedness, and possibility is woven into Ceva Wellness Collective.
Therapy can address what hurts, but it can also help you understand yourself more fully—to notice what has changed, what still matters, what you may have outgrown, and what kind of life feels most true to you now.
Over the years, I’ve worked with people at many different points in their lives. Some came in carrying something painful. Others were navigating change, feeling disconnected from themselves or others, or recognizing that the way they had been living no longer felt sustainable or fulfilling. What has stayed with me is that there is no single kind of person who benefits from therapy, and no single version of a meaningful life.
My perspective has also been influenced by the many roles I’ve held—clinical social worker, Air Force veteran, SOF spouse, mother, and leader. Each has deepened my understanding of responsibility, resilience, identity, and the ways life can change us.
My interest in fertility and postpartum mental health is informed by personal experience with some of the complexities that can accompany the path to parenthood. That perspective has given me a particular appreciation for how isolating, uncertain, and emotionally layered these experiences can be—and for the importance of having a place where none of it has to be minimized or explained away.
That is what Ceva Wellness Collective was created to be: a place where you can feel fully understood, receive excellent care, and do the kind of work that changes not only how you feel, but how you live.
You deserve care that helps you feel more connected to yourself, your life, and what matters most to you.

MY CLINICAL APPROACH—
Understanding the whole picture.
I approach therapy comprehensively. I want to understand not only what brings you in, but the different parts of your life that influence how you feel and function— your experiences, relationships, values, strengths, stressors, and the ways you’ve learned to navigate the world.
That means our work isn’t only about what’s going wrong. We’ll also pay attention to what’s going well— what gives you energy, creates stability, strengthens your relationships, supports your wellbeing, and makes life feel more fulfilling. Understanding those things can be just as important as understanding what’s keeping you stuck.
Together, we’ll look more closely at the areas that need attention—what may be contributing to the difficulties you’re experiencing, the patterns that may be maintaining them, and where meaningful and sustainable change is possible. I’ll draw from evidence-based treatment, clinical experience, and what we learn about you to shape an approach that is thoughtfully individualized, practical, and responsive to your needs.
The work is bigger than feeling better. It’s understanding yourself more fully, building on what’s already strong, and making changes that hold up the life you’re actually living.
Experience you can feel confident in.
My clinical background includes years of providing and leading behavioral health care in military settings, with experiences spanning psychotherapy, assessment, consultation, group treatment, clinical supervision, and clinical program leadership.
I’ve pursued advanced training across several evidence-based approaches so that treatment can be selected thoughtfully based on the person, the concern, and what the research supports.
