Care that meets you where you are—and helps you move forward.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. You may know exactly what you want to work on, or simply recognize that something in your life isn’t working the way you want it to.
At Ceva Wellness Collective, treatment begins with understanding what’s happening, what matters to you, and what you hope will be different. From there, we’ll build an approach that is thoughtful, evidence-based, and tailored to you.
We may be a good fit if…
—You’re managing a lot, but it’s becoming harder to do so without feeling depleted.
—You’ve gotten used to being the capable one, even when the role no longer feels sustainable.
—You understand yourself well, but insight alone hasn’t been enough to create the changes you want.
—You’re in a period of transition and trying to make sense of what feels right now.
—You’re looking for therapy that is thoughtful, collaborative, and focused on meaningful change.
INFERTILITY & POSTPARTUM
When the path to motherhood feels harder than you expected.
Infertility, trying to conceive, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum can bring emotions that are difficult to explain to people who haven’t lived through them. You may feel hopeful and discouraged at the same time, consumed by uncertainty, disconnected from yourself and your body, grieving what you thought this experience would be, or struggling with the pressure to feel grateful when things still feel hard.
Therapy can offer a place to make sense of what you’re carrying without minimizing or rushing you toward a particular outcome. We may work through anxiety, grief, difficult or traumatic experiences, changes in identity and relationships, perfectionism, or the sense that you no longer feel like yourself. The work is about making room for what you’re actually experiencing, helping you feel less alone in it, and finding a steadier way to move through what comes next.
You do not have to wait until things feel unbearable to seek support.
Infertility & Postpartum may be helpful for:
Infertility and fertility treatment · Pregnancy after infertility or loss · Pregnancy-related anxiety · Birth trauma · Postpartum anxiety and depression · Adjustment to motherhood · Identity changes · Relationship strain · Grief & loss · Overwhelm
TRAUMA RECOVERY
Making sense of what happened—and finding a way forward.
Trauma doesn’t always come from a single event. It can also develop through experiences that happened repeatedly or over time—during childhood, within relationships, or in environments where important needs for safety, connection, or stability weren’t consistently met. These experiences can continue to shape how you understand yourself, relate to others, and interact with the world around you.
Trauma therapy gives us an opportunity to understand those connections without reducing everything you’re experiencing to your past. Our work may involve processing difficult memories, exploring beliefs and patterns that developed over time, and addressing the ways your experiences continue to impact your relationships, emotions, or sense of self.
When trauma-focused treatment is appropriate, I draw from evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Written Exposure Therapy (WET), tailoring treatment to your experiences and goals.
Trauma therapy may be helpful for:
Childhood experiences · Attachment and relational trauma · PTSD · Military & Operational experiences · Medical trauma · Loss · Difficult or distressing experiences
STRESS & BURNOUT
Making space for life to feel good again.
Stress is part of life, but when it becomes constant, it can start to affect much more than your mood. You may feel exhausted but unable to slow down, more irritable or disconnected, less interested in things you normally enjoy, or like you’re moving through your days without much room to actually experience them.
Therapy can help us look at what’s contributing to the strain—not only what needs to change, but what may need to be protected, restored, or approached differently. Together we’ll work on practical ways to manage stress, strengthen boundaries, reconnect with what matters to you, and create patterns that feel more sustainable in the life you’re actually living.
Therapy isn’t about becoming better at tolerating an unsustainable life. We’ll work toward making life feel more manageable, connected, and fulfilling again.
Stress & burnout therapy may be helpful for:
Chronic stress · Burnout · Overwhelm · Emotional exhaustion · Work & career stress · Caregiving/Parenting demands · Difficulty setting boundaries · Feeling disconnected or depleted
SLEEP & RESTORATION
When rest doesn’t come easy.
Sleep problems can become frustrating quickly. You may struggle to fall asleep, wake throughout the night, find yourself awake much earlier than you want to be, or spend so much time worrying about sleep that bedtime itself begins to feel stressful. Over time, poor sleep can affect your mood, concentration, energy, relationships, performance, and how you experience the rest of your day.
The good news is that chronic insomnia is treatable. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), an evidence-based treatment that helps identify and change the patterns that can keep sleep problems going. Rather than offering more sleep tips, we’ll look closely at your sleep, routines, thoughts, behaviors, and other factors that may be interfering with restorative rest.
Sleep should feel less like an effortful task and more like a time for your mind to quiet and your body to let go of the day.
Sleep-focused therapy may be helpful for:
Difficulty falling asleep · Frequent waking · Waking too early · Chronic insomnia · Worry about sleep · Inconsistent sleep patterns · Stress-related sleep difficulties
LIFE TRANSITIONS
When life looks different than you expected.
Change can be complicated, even when it’s something you chose or wanted. A new role, a relationship, career, move, loss, or shift in circumstances can change the way you see yourself and leave you reconsidering what matters, what fits, and what you want this next part of your life to look and feel like.
Therapy can give you space to make sense of what’s changing while staying connected to what’s important to you. Together, we can work through uncertainty, understand what you may be leaving behind, and explore what you want to carry forward as you adjust to what comes next.
You may not know what the next chapter has in store for you. Sometimes clarity comes from giving yourself space to consider what you want it to become.
Life transition therapy may be helpful for:
Parenthood · Relationship changes · Career transitions · Military life & separation · Relocation/PCS · Grief & Loss · Identity shifts · Changing family roles · Major life decisions
WHAT THERAPY CAN LOOK LIKE—
Therapy that goes somewhere.
Therapy with me is collaborative, not passive. I’ll ask questions, offer perspective, help you notice patterns, and introduce strategies when they’re useful. At times, I may challenge you to look at something differently or practice exercises in between sessions.
We’ll also pay attention to whether therapy is actually helping. We’ll discuss what you’re noticing in your everyday life and, when appropriate, use established clinical measures to track symptoms and progress over time. This gives us a clearer picture of what’s changing, what still needs attention, and whether we need to adjust our approach.
The work we do should translate into something meaningful beyond our time together.

Intentional Intensives
Sometimes, more time creates space for deeper work. Intentional Intensives will offer extended therapy sessions for clients who may benefit from spending more focused time on a specific concern or treatment goal.
Rather than fitting the work into a traditional therapy hour, an intensive allows us to slow down when needed, maintain momentum, and devote sustained attention to the work we’ve identified together.
Additional intensive formats will be introduced as they become available.
Interested in future intensive offerings? You’re welcome to ask about them during your consultation.
